Birth Package - Trainee rate  of £200 (Julia)   - Recognised  rate of £500 (Rachel) and £350 (Emma)

  • 2 Antenatal visits
  • The duration of the birth
  • 1 month on call (2 weeks either side of your due date)
  • 1 postnatal visit
  • Unlimited phone and email support
  • Access to birth literature and equipment

Postnatal Package - Trainee rate of £10 per hour (Emma, Julia) - Recognised rate of £15 per hour (Rachel)

  • La Leche trained breastfeeding support
  • Emotional support of mother to facilitate bonding with her baby
  • Support for the family as a whole
  • Assistance with domestic duties including cleaning, cooking, shopping as required
  • Support with care of siblings

 

Travel costs: We charge 40p per mile for any journeys more than 5 miles radius from our home address.

 
Everyone deserves a doula so if you are unable to pay the fees please contact us anyway to discus your requirements.  Have you  seen the DUK hardship fund, and also the DUK gift vouchers, why not ask friends and family to give you a gift for your new baby that is really useful.

The £190 Health in Pregnancy grant will go a long away towards helping you pay for your doula.
